In Burma you can enjoy some of the unique trekking experiences. Some of the routes are randomly selected and mentioned below.
Hsibaw Trekking: This trekking is conducted from Mandalay. The duration of the whole tour is of four days. On day 1, you have to drive to Hsibaw pass in by the hill-station called Pyinoolwin. In night you have to stay at Hsibaw. On the next day you can continue trekking to Shan Tribal villages, after that the journey should be preceded to Bawkyo Pagoda. Come back to hotel and take some rest. Stay that night in Hsibaw. On thirds day start trekking to Palaung village. It would all total take 2 to 3 hours. Come back to Hsibaw and stay overnight at this place. On the last day you can drive to Pyinoolwin and visit local market there. Excellent botanical garden is there to enjoy. After visiting there come back to Mandalay.
Trekking to Chin State: Trekking to Chin State is very exciting where the tour start from Bagan. The total duration is 5-6 days. On first day you have to drive from Pakkuku to Kyaukhtu. Then the journey continues to Mintat. You can stay overnight in Mintat. On day two trekking starts for close by Chin village. You can learn the livelihood of Chin people which include some interesting things such as why the middle age Chin women spot their face with tattoos. After staying overnight at Mintat you can continue trekking on next day. It would take two hours to another Chin village. Arrange overnight camp there.
Next day you can drive to Aye-sa-khan Camp. This is placed over 1800 meters above see level. The total area is covered with pine tress. You can reach the place half way by car while half way on foot. On fifth day trekking to Kampetlet can be organized. It takes 3-4 hours through the deep forest. On last day drive to Kanpetlet, then go forward to Saw. Continue your journey to Pwinphyu and then drive over the bridge and progress towards Bagan.
